Short-notice Staffing: When you need workers in a hurry, the Payrolling Service Plan gives you access to supplemental staff. You will get the qualified employees you need-fast; often the same day.
Elimination of Paperwork: Since the employees are on TOPS' payroll, you can use part-time or seasonal employees without wading through the burdensome "red tape" associated with hiring and termination.
Probationary Hiring: Put new employees on our Payrolling Service Plan until you can evaluate their compatibility with their new responsibilities and your company culture. If an employee does not meet your qualifications, you have no on/off payroll costs, and your unemployment rate is protected.
Budget Restricted Hiring: Hire the personnel you need, even when your budget or company policy does not allow for adding new full-time employees. Keep employees on our payroll until company restrictions ease, then transfer them to your own payroll.
