If you are dissatisfied—for any reason—with the performance of one of our Contract Associates, we will replace that Associate. And if we are notified of your dissatisfaction within the fist eight hours of the assignment, we will not bill you for the time worked.

We offer you the opportunity to evaluate the skills and productivity of our associates. This information is carefully stored, tracked, and retained in our automated proprietary database as part of our effort to guarantee our performance.
